• Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing office team.
• Oversee daily practice operations and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Present treatment plans and financing options with confidence and empathy.
• Build trust, overcome objections, and improve treatment acceptance.
• Drive production, collections, and key performance metrics.
• Partner with doctors and leadership to achieve practice goals.
• Ensure efficient scheduling, workflow, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Dental office management experience required.
• Proven success leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong sales, treatment presentation, or financial coordination experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable discussing treatment fees and financing options.
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
