Modern Dental Smiles is an established, premier privately owned dental practice led by a single owner across three state-of-the-art locations in Palm Beach County (Jupiter/Juno Beach, Boynton Beach, and Wellington). Our dynamic team consists of multiple dental associates, experienced hygienists, and dedicated administrative and clinical support professionals working together to provide comprehensive care.

We offer full-scope general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and orthodontics in a modern, welcoming environment. Candidates with practical knowledge in dental insurance verification, claim status follow-ups, and ledger oversight are strongly welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily office operations, maintaining smooth patient flow, schedule optimization, and a productive, stress-free office environment.
• Team Empowerment & Culture: Lead, mentor, and support front office and clinical staff; foster a positive, accountable team environment aligned with practice goals.
• Ledger & Insurance Oversight: Oversee dental insurance verifications, eligibility confirmation, claim status follow-ups, and patient account ledgers to ensure clear billing education and financial clarity for our patients.
• Financial & Billing Clarity: Ensure accurate ledger management, clear billing education for patients, and effective management of account balances, claims statuses, and payment collections.
• Treatment Presentation Support: Partner with Treatment Coordinators to ensure complex multi-specialty treatment plans (general, cosmetic, implants, ortho) are presented clearly with transparent financial options.
• Practice Systems Management: Utilize Dentrix (and Dental Intelligence) to track practice performance metrics, appointment capacity, and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of successful Dental Office Management / Dental Leadership experience.
• Familiarity with dental insurance verification, checking claim statuses, and managing patient account ledgers.
• Proven track record in dental office operations, schedule management, team building, and patient relations.
• High proficiency in Dentrix (and other dental management platforms).
• A naturally positive, solution-oriented leader who communicates with clarity, acts with integrity, and thrives in bringing our owner’s vision to life.
