Dental Office Manager

About us Vega Dental is a brand-new general dental practice opening in Carmel, Indiana in early November 2026. We're building a warm, modern, patient-first office and are looking for an organized, people-focused Office Manager to be one of our founding team members. What you'll do - Run front desk operations, including greeting patients, check-in and check-out, and keeping the day running smoothly - Manage the schedule to keep the day productive and patient-friendly - Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments - Handle billing, claims submission, payment posting, and follow-up on outstanding balances - Communicate with patients by phone, email, and text about appointments, treatment plans, and financial options - Coordinate staff schedules and daily huddles, and support onboarding of new team members - Order and track clinical and office supplies and manage vendor relationships - Help set up and organize a brand-new office and its systems What we're looking for - Dental office experience (front office, billing, or office management) preferred - Working knowledge of dental insurance, CDT codes, and claims - Experience with practice management software (Dentrix Ascend a plus) - Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills - Friendly, reliable, and comfortable with new patients What we offer - Competitive pay based on experience - A chance to help shape a new practice from day one - Brand-new equipment and a supportive, team-oriented environment - Weekday schedule To apply, please submit your resume through Indeed.
