Dental Hygienist – Monday Through Friday, No Nights or Weekends

We are seeking a licensed, compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing team providing high-quality on-site dental care to residents of Senior Living Communities. This is a unique opportunity to work with appreciative patients in a rewarding, non-traditional setting — with a predictable weekday schedule and competitive pay.

Position Highlights

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance for residents
• Conduct oral health assessments and screenings, and document findings
• Take and process dental X-rays as needed
• Educate residents and caregiving staff on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Work closely with the on-site dentist to support treatment planning
• Maintain infection control and sterilization procedures
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to elderly patients, including those with complex medical or cognitive needs

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state Dental Hygiene license
• Experience with geriatric patients preferred
• Comfortable working in non-traditional care settings (resident rooms, community treatment areas)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
