FULL-TIME DENTAL HYGIENIST — LEXINGTON, KY

Our privately owned Lexington dental practice is looking for an outstanding RDH to join our team full-time.

60-minute recall appointments

60-90-minute new-patient appointments

Established patient base
Private practice — not corporate/DSO
Experienced, supportive team
Predictable full-time schedule
Competitive hourly pay based on experience

We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, clinically thorough, and wants to become a long-term part of our practice.

Experienced hygienists and excellent newer graduates are encouraged to apply.

Unique Opportunity

Work alongside experienced periodontists and expand your clinical skills while providing comprehensive periodontal and preventive care. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys collaborating with specialists and delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing
• Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting
• Take digital radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Collaborate with doctors and specialists to develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky RDH license
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Team-oriented attitude and positive personality
• Experience with periodontal therapy is a plus, but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
