Dental Hygienist

Full Time Hygienist– Boise, Idaho

$45-$50/hr. Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. NO Fridays!

Our office recently transitioned from a DSO to private ownership, and we’re focused on building a practice that prioritizes quality patient care, long-term relationships and a positive work environment.

This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who wants to grow with a practice while enjoying a calm, supportive atmosphere without the pressure of a high volume environment and hitting the numbers.

Position Details

• Full-Time, Monday–Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Wage:$45-$50/hr
• NO Fridays!
• One doctor practice
• Your own designated hygiene op

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in dental software
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy related to oral health.
• Expertise in infection control practices, including healthcare infection prevention and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about dental care.
• Ability to perform detailed patient assessments, take accurate X-rays, and operate dental equipment confidently.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
