What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care.
Perform comprehensive assessments, prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Educate patients on oral health and personalized home care.
Partner with doctors and teammates to create individualized treatment plans.
Ensure a safe, organized clinical environment while following OSHA and infection control standards.
Build trusting relationships that encourage lifelong oral health.

What We're Looking For

Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist license.
Current CPR certification.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a collaborative office culture.
New graduates and experienced hygienists are both encouraged to apply.
