Morton Dental Group is hiring an experienced, patient-focused Dental Hygienist for our modern East Nashville office.

What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care
Complete patient assessments, periodontal charting, digital imaging, and accurate clinical documentation
Identify periodontal conditions and appropriate opportunities for SRP and additional treatment
Educate patients about oral health, periodontal disease, preventive care, and recommended treatment
Partner with dentists during co-diagnosis and treatment planning
Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care
Maintain an efficient, productive schedule without compromising clinical quality
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and patient-safety requirements
Collaborate with the clinical and front-office teams to create a smooth patient experience
Bring professionalism, accountability, positivity, and teamwork to the practice every day
What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a hygienist who cares about people, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a team.

Qualifications
Active Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist license
At least one year of clinical hygiene experience preferred
Strong periodontal assessment, charting, patient-education, and SRP identification skills
Confidence working with dentists during co-diagnosis and treatment planning
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Professional, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
Knowledge of infection-control and sterilization requirements
Digital dentistry or dental practice-management software experience is preferred

Schedule

Four days per week
Approximately 32–36 hours
Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
Current office hours: 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
No evenings or weekends
