Dental Hygienist

Role Overview:
A Dental Hygienist provides exceptional patient care, serving as a clinical provider and patient advocate within a collaborative team. You will deliver preventive dental services, perform screenings, and utilize advanced digital tools, supporting the practice’s commitment to high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures and screenings

• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care

• Maintain accurate medical and dental records

• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Stay current with clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current dental hygienist license and relevant degree

• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation

• CPR certification

• Experience with digital x-rays, electronic records, and dental tools (preferred but not required)

• Strong communication skills and a desire to grow professionally

Physical & Other Requirements:

• Ability to perform essential duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds

• Availability for periodic training and TB testing

• Commitment to providing a safe, healthy environment for patients and staff
