Dental Hygienist

Role Overview:

The Dental Hygienist is a key clinical team member responsible for providing exceptional patient care, preventive treatments, and oral health education. They work independently within a supported practice, maintaining clinical autonomy while delivering high-quality dental services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, screenings, and patient education.
• Utilize digital tools such as digital x-rays, scanners, and diagnostic devices.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical and dental records.
• Participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs to enhance skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current dental hygienist license and relevant degrees (Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred: 1+ years of clinical experience and familiarity with digital and diagnostic tools.
• Physical ability to perform duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Additional Requirements:

• Availability for periodic training and TB testing as per safety protocols.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to patient care.
