We’re looking for a skilled and personable Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic care to our patients. You’ll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences while maintaining efficient clinical flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Take and process digital radiographs (including CBCT when needed)
• Conduct periodontal charting and assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and treatment recommendations
• Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive services
• Assist with patient screening and medical history reviews
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the practice management software
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to support comprehensive patient care
• Follow all infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols

Requirements

• Current Indiana Dental Hygiene license (required)
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Experience with digital radiography and modern dental software preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy practice setting
• Professional, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
