Role Overview: The dental hygienist is a trusted clinical partner responsible for assessing oral health, recommending care, educating patients, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the dentist to develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize digital tools for assessments, case acceptance, and communication
• Manage schedules and supplies independently to ensure comprehensive care
• Support practice operations across multiple locations as needed
• Participate in structured onboarding, training, and ongoing education
• Engage with advanced technology such as voice-activated charting and 3D scanning

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient education
