Dental Hygienist

Soft Dental is a state of the art 12 operatory dental practice located north of the Twin Cities directly off highway 35 and 30 minutes north of Forest Lake. It is an easy drive and avoids the traffic congestion in the Twin Cities. We are technologically advanced and offer ergonomic features to improve the quality of your work day and increase your well-being. We were the first office in the state to offer airflow technology to benefit our patients and our hygienists. We are also open to other ideas to improve the quality of the patient and the provider's experience. We are searching for a licensed dental hygienist to join our fun and caring team. We provide scheduling flexibility to obtain a work/life balance . Our office stays up to date on the most current technologies and strives to provide exceptional dental care.

Position is flexible. Office hours are as follows: Monday-Tuesday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, patient hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Hiring bonus $3000.00 after 12 months of employment. Starting salary from $57/hour and up based on experience. Competitive benefits- generous dental benefits, 401k, PTO, and continuing education allowance.
