Family Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry is part of a family-owned dental group with six locations across the Tampa Bay area — Brandon, Lakeland, Riverview, Tampa Palms, Odessa, and Lutz. Our practices offer a wide range of services, including IV sedation, general dentistry, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry.

Job Summary

We are looking for an upbeat, motivated Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and eager to grow both professionally and financially. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in providing excellent patient care and creating a positive experience for every patient. Travel between locations is not required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for maintaining oral health
• Document patient information and treatment plans accurately in dental software systems such as Dentrix
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Valid dental hygiene license in [FL]
• Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and the dental team
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
