We're a well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Bowie with plenty of FREE parking. We are looking for a skilled, personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. What You'll Do

• Provide excellent preventive care — cleanings, scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments
• Perform periodontal assessments and charting, and take digital X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and personalized home care
• Document thoroughly and accurately in our practice management system
• Partner with our doctors and team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, fully compliant clinical environment

What We're Looking For

• Active Maryland Dental Hygienist license (RDH) — required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Local anesthesia and/or nitrous oxide certification preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a gentle, reassuring chairside manner
• Professional, dependable, and a positive team player
• New and experienced hygienists are both welcome to apply
