Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient care, promoting oral health, and creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional dental hygiene services, including teeth cleanings, oral examinations, and preventive care.
• Assist the dental team in identifying oral health concerns through visual examinations and review of patient history.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and preventive dental care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members using appropriate dental terminology.
• Ensure treatment areas and equipment are clean, organized, and properly sterilized in accordance with safety and infection-control standards.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
• Assist with administrative and other clinical tasks as needed to support smooth office operations.
• Help create a welcoming environment while prioritizing patient comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a dental clinic, preferably in a patient-care role.
• Current Dental Hygienist registration/certification and required credentials.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and preventive care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to educate and reassure patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and infection control.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation

Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
