Part-Time Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Chesterbrook Dental Associates Phoenixville is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a friendly, supportive environment where both patients and team members feel valued.

Schedule

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation

• Starting at $50.00 to $52.00 per hour
• Higher compensation may be available based on experience and qualifications

*Job start date October 26th 2026. Looking to permanently fill a position that our current RDH is leaving for maternity leave, does not plan to come back so this is a permanent position.*

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and radiographs
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Review medical histories and accurately document clinical findings
• Assist in identifying treatment needs and communicating recommendations to patients
• Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene License
• Local anesthesia certification preferred but not required
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment
• Experience with dental software preferred but not required (Denticon)
