The Opportunity

Are you a Dental Hygienist who loves helping people smile with confidence? We're looking for a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering excellent care and building lasting client relationships.

As an RDH, you'll do more than clean teeth. You'll empower clients through education, promote lifelong oral health, and help create a positive experience at every visit. You'll work alongside a supportive clinical team that values teamwork, professional growth, and outstanding patient care.

What You'll Do

• Provide thorough, high-quality dental hygiene care in accordance with clinical standards and best practices.
• Educate clients on oral health, preventive care, and personalized treatment recommendations.
• Review medical histories, perform assessments, and document accurate clinical findings.
• Take dental X-rays and maintain complete, up-to-date client records.
• Collaborate with dentists and support teams to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Follow infection control, sterilization, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Build trusting relationships by making every client feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and practice improvement initiatives.
