Dental Hygienist – 60-Minute Recare

I’m Adam Vega, owner of Mountain Smiles Dentistry in Colorado Springs, and I’m hiring one hygienist. Here’s the deal: $53–$58 an hour plus performance bonuses, benefits from day one, and respect as a clinician and team member.

The day

• 6–8 patients
• 60 minutes for recare, with longer blocks for new patients and SRP
• One column. It’s your chair.

The schedule

• 4 or 5 days, and we set the actual days with you
• I won’t post Monday–Thursday and then change it in week two

The team

I want an office people like coming to work at. Here’s how I protect that:

• I’ve let someone go who was good at the job because of how they treated the team.
• If a patient pushes back, I back your clinical call in front of them.
• I do hygiene exams on time, so you’re not running behind waiting on me.
• We work and train together to ensure great patient care and a smooth day.
• Problems get raised directly and respectfully, not behind anyone’s back.

Pay

• $53–$58 an hour, plus performance bonuses
• When a patient cancels, your day still flows - your days and hours are always yours

What you need

• Colorado RDH license
• Local anesthesia permit
