We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental hygiene, patient care, and clinical procedures, with a focus on delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. Duties

• Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleaning teeth, scaling, and polishing to promote optimal oral health.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Assist with chairside procedures such as applying sealants and fluoride treatments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records (EHR) using Tracker.
• Ensure infection prevention measures are strictly followed through aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
• Manage dental equipment maintenance, sterilization processes, and inventory control to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice in the respective jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in general dentistry and pediatric dentistry environments preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for documentation review and medical records management.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dental care.
• Expertise in infection prevention management, aseptic technique, and healthcare infection control standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages, ensuring client comfort and understanding of treatment plans.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
