Dental Front Office/Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a Dental Front Office/ Treatment Coordinator to provide top notch customer service to our patients. This candidate must be supper enthusiastic, full of positive energy, excellent customer service, great communication skills, organized and able to multi task. Experience is a must. If you speak Spanish that is a plus! The working hours will be Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and some Saturdays from 9am-2pm. The benefits include Health insurance, paid holidays and dental coverage. Competitive pay but depends on experience. Must have at least 2 year of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.

The job duties include but are not limited to:

1) Communicate with patients via phone, text and email

2) Greet patients with a smile

3) Manage patient appointments

4) Check dental eligibility

5) Serve as a point of contact for any billing questions

6) Present/Input treatment plans

7) Present payment options through financing with patients.

8) Post payments

9) Be responsible for schedules and responsible for the office to meet monthly goals.
