Dental Front Office/Insurance Coordinator

Our professional and friendly dental office near Traverse Mountain in Lehi is seeking an experienced full-time Insurance Coordinator. We are looking for a warm, talented, and motivated dental professional who would like to be a part of growing this practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, input patient information, answer and respond to phones/emails, collect co-payments, check patients out.
• Gather and accurately record insurance information from patients, update insurance information on all patients.
• Help prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment. Schedule patient treatment appointments; reschedule patients that miss their appointment and call patients that have not completed treatment.
• Manage the Doctor and hygiene schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment time.
• Assist patient with financial arrangements.
• Keep reception area and bathrooms clean and tidy.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience is a plus
• Customer service experience
• Attention to detail

Additional Information

Hours:

M-Th: 7:30AM -4PM

Every other Fri: 7:30AM -1PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
