  • Take full accountability for front-office team performance, execution, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
  • Lead performance management through coaching, feedback, documentation, and appropriate corrective action in accordance with company processes.
  • Take primary ownership of complex or high-value treatment-plan presentations and follow-up when additional support is needed.
  • Review treatment pipelines and operational reports to identify production risks, unused capacity, collection risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Make day-to-day operational decisions within company policies and escalate significant clinical, HR, compliance, legal, or financial matters to the appropriate leadership.
  • Own front-office staffing, onboarding, scheduling, training, and coverage to ensure adequate staffing for daily operations.
  • Oversee exception-report performance, ensure issues are resolved, identify recurring root causes, and implement processes to reduce repeat exceptions.
  • Serve as the senior day-to-day operational leader for the office and collaborate closely with providers, clinical staff, regional leadership, and company departments.
  • Take ownership of office revenue and profitability goals and help develop and execute strategies to achieve them.
