The Vibe:

This role involves a lot of multi-tasking, meeting and greeting patients, note taking, follow ups, and some artistic/creative ability.

Schedule and Details:

-Full time (35-40 hours per week)

-Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm

-Friday 7:30am-1:30pm

-Tools of the trade: phone, computer, email, text, Canva, and your smarts

Responsibilities:

-Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming environment

-Provide excellent customer service

-Communicate in a dynamic way in order to gain new patients

-Use patient management software, keep excellent notes

-Answer phone calls, email, and texts in a timely and professional manner

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 – 38.0 per week
