Duties

• Greet patients warmly and manage all front desk activities including check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
• Position if Monday - Thursday with some Fridays
• Review and verify patient information, medical records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Coordinate treatment plans by explaining procedures, financial options, and insurance coverage to patients clearly and confidently
• Assist with medical billing processes
• Manage phone communication professionally, handling inquiries about appointments, billing questions, or treatment plans with excellent phone etiquette
• Maintain organized filing of medical records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with clinical confidentiality policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dental office with strong front desk or administrative support skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
• If you are previously cross trained as dental assistant this is preferred

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
