Dental Front Desk Receptionist

White Sands Family Dental seeks to add Dental Receptionist to our team. The ideal Dental Receptionist will be experienced, bilingual, have experience with dental treatment planning, dental assisting experience, great personality and able to multitask. We offer benefits and bonus opportunities.

Your main job as Dental Receptionist includes but is not limited to:

· Greeting patients in friendly manner

· Verifying and or updating patient information during check in

· Answering and managing incoming calls

· Building schedule for hygiene and restorative

· Confirming upcoming appointments

· Filling in cancellations

· Registering new patients according to protocols

· Maintaining a professional reception area

· Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
