Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking to hire for a temp front desk. Please note that this is a 6 week engagement with the possibility of an extension.

Hours: Monday- Thursday : 7:15am - 4pm (Fridays OFF!!)

Rockstar Front Office Administrator at Pediatric Dental Practice!

Requirements:

• 2-year dental front office experience
• Have experience & knowledgeable in insurance codes, submission and eligibility.
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Must be comfortable using a computer & typing
• Come to work with a 'Can - do' attitude.

Nice to have: Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities:

• Greet Patients & Answer Phones
• Schedule & Confirm appointments
• Verify & confirm Insurance (NC Tracks only)
• Verify child is covered under parent insurance
• Verify explanation of benefits
• Collect payment for exams
• Assist with cleaning the practice (vacuuming, sweeping, trash collection, wiping down counters, etc.)
