Dental Assistant, West Side

TenderCare Dental is seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our team!

Our five dental practices on the west side of Portland are well established and thriving, with four doctors and a great staff providing general dentistry to our loyal patients.

The dental assistant is responsible for seating patients, assisting the dentists chairside in providing dental treatment, passing dental equipment, cleaning instruments, assisting hygienists, sterilizing instruments, and taking dental X-rays.

Full time and part time opportunities available. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we offer flexible schedules.

We require our dental assistants to have obtained the Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification and the Oregon Radiology Certification. Applicants with three years of proven work experience in a dental office will have a preference for an interview.

Successful applicants will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions, and be at work on time.
