Experienced Bilingual Dental Assistant (Spanish Required)

West LA Implants is looking for an experienced, patient-centered, enthusiastic Bilingual Dental Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being part of a collaborative team.

Our practice specializes in dental implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, oral surgery, and advanced restorative dentistry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills while working alongside an experienced surgical team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare patients for treatment and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit.
• Assist the doctor with restorative, implant, and oral surgery procedures using four-handed dentistry.
• Take digital radiographs (X-ray certification required).
• Operate and assist with digital scanners and CBCT imaging (experience preferred).
• Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA-compliant infection control standards.
• Turn over and thoroughly disinfect operatories after each patient.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Work closely with the doctor and team to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (highly preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Experience assisting with restorative and oral surgery procedures is required.
• Implant dentistry experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with digital scanning and CBCT imaging is a plus.
• Current California Dental Assistant certification.
• Current X-ray certification (Required).
• RDA certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for patient care.
