Bilingual Dental Assistant – English & Spanish

Vida Dental is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated bilingual team member to join our dental office in Schaumburg.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is welcoming, professional, organized, and willing to help both at the front desk and in the clinical area.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly, positive experience
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Verify dental insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient information
• Assist the dentist during dental procedures
• Take dental X-rays
• Prepare, clean, and disinfect treatment rooms
• Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control procedures
• Help the team keep the office running efficiently
• Follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish – required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional personality
• Reliable and punctual
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Dental office experience is preferred but not required
• We are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and a strong desire to learn
