This is a unique opportunity for someone who may be coming from banking, finance, insurance, customer service, sales, hospitality, healthcare, administration, or another professional field and wants to transition into a long-term career in dentistry.

You will receive hands-on training while working with our team and learning the skills needed to become both a Dental Assistant and Treatment Coordinator.

Training may include:

• Dental terminology and procedures
• Chairside dental assisting
• Sterilization and infection control
• Digital dentistry and dental technology
• Patient communication
• Treatment coordination
• Presenting treatment plans
• Dental financing and payment options
• Insurance basics
• Scheduling and patient follow-up
• Case acceptance
• Front-office operations
• Dental X-ray training and licensing pathway
• Leadership and dental office management skills

Dental experience is not required.
