Dental Assistant

Job Summary
Our office is growing and we are seeking another dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while providing exceptional patient care. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills.

Duties

• Assist the dentist during various restorative procedures, including Cerec and Primescan, all general dentistry, implant and endodontics.
• Prepare and maintain the treatment room, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
• Take digital x-rays as needed.
• Manage patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Perform vital signs checks and assist in patient assessments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices as needed and post-operative care.
• Maintain aseptic technique throughout all procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Utilize dental software for record keeping.
