Dental Assistant

Schulte Family Dentistry is an established private practice where we prioritize quality patient care, smooth clinical flow, and a supportive team environment. We are looking for a skilled Dental Assistant who takes pride in high-quality clinical work and wants to find a permanent practice home.

We seek an eager and experienced Dental Assistant who is:

• Proficient in dental terminology and procedures to effectively educate patients Experienced in chairside assisting (2+ years required)
• Florida Dental X-Ray Certification / License ( Required)
• EDFA certified (a big plus, but not required)
• Familiar with Open Dental and intra-oral scanning software (preferred)

As a valued member of our clinical team, you'll work alongside Dr. Lauren Schulte to deliver exceptional patient care while utilizing your full range of clinical skills. From assisting with advanced procedures and digital imaging to scanning, fabricating temporary restorations, and educating patients, every day offers variety and opportunities to make a real impact.

Our team understands the importance of finding a great work/life balance. We enjoy a 4 day work week, averaging about 35 hours a week.

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Competitive salary starting at $25.00/hour, based on experience
