What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting the stage chairside — prepping instruments, trays, and rooms so our dentists can work their magic
• Taking X-rays, mixing materials, and handling four-handed dentistry like the pro you are (or are becoming)
• Being the calm, friendly face that turns "I hate the dentist" into "that wasn’t so bad!"
• Keeping sterilization and infection control on point — no shortcuts, ever
• Helping patients feel at ease, answering questions, and cheering them on through treatment
• Teaming up with our front desk and hygiene team to keep the whole office running like a well-oiled (and well-smiling) machine

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You genuinely like people — patients, teammates, everyone
• You’re detail-oriented, but you don’t take yourself too seriously
• Dental assisting experience or certification preferred, but we love training the right personality
• X-ray certification is a big plus (translation: bigger paycheck)
