We’re looking for a **confident, experienced, and energetic Lead Dental Assistant** who can keep the clinical team moving, support our doctors, and help build an incredible patient experience.

This isn't just an assisting job.

It’s a leadership role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead and support the dental assisting team

Work closely with doctors during procedures

Keep operatories organized, stocked, and running efficiently

Help coordinate daily clinical flow

Train and mentor dental assistants

Maintain OSHA, infection-control, and sterilization standards

Monitor supplies and help manage inventory

Make patients feel comfortable and cared for

Partner with the Office Manager and doctors to solve problems

Help improve clinical efficiency and team performance

Experienced in dental assisting

Expanded functions / EFDA experience is a plus
