As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first and last person patients interact with, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every child and family who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

Work chairside with dentists to support high-quality patient care
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Assist with procedures including impressions, extractions, and fillings
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene (brushing, flossing, nutrition)
Review medical histories, take vitals (blood pressure and pulse), and update records
Help children feel comfortable and confident before, during, and after treatment
Provide post-treatment care instructions to patients and families

Position Requirements

DA Certificate (CDA, DA I, or DA II)
North Carolina Radiation Certification or DANB Radiation Certification
