What We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Do

• Curate the Guest Experience: Ensure every patient feels heard, safe, and valued from the moment they walk in.
• Clinical Collaboration: Assist our doctors with advanced procedures, including IV sedation, oral surgery, and sleep apnea therapy.
• Maintain the "Flow": Use your organizational skills to keep the office efficient (think Lean/Six Sigma) without ever rushing the patient.
• Cross-Functional Support: Jump in to help on the phones or at the front desk when the team needs a hand.

The Ideal Modern Candidate

• Required: High School Diploma/GED and a current BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support) w/ AED training certificate from the American Heart Association. Can not be online only. Must have in person component. Radiologic Certification, EFDA certification.
