Dental Assistant – Private Dental Practice

We are looking for an experienced dental assistant to join our private practice in Lake Mary.

We are a smaller office and typically see 5–9 patients a day. We are not a high-volume dental office, and we like it that way. We take our time with our patients, pay attention to the details, and try to make coming to the dentist a good experience for everyone.

We are looking for someone who knows dental assisting and can jump in and help keep the day moving. You should be comfortable working chairside, setting up and breaking down rooms, sterilization, taking X-rays, and all of the everyday things that go along with assisting.

Just as important, we want someone who is pleasant to work with. You will be working closely with the dentist and the rest of our team, so being dependable, communicating well, and having a good attitude really matters here.

Eaglesoft experience is preferred.

The schedule is 4 days a week, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with no evenings and no weekends. Hours average approximately 23–32 hours per week.

We offer $23–$26 per hour, depending on experience.

This is also a great schedule for someone with school-aged children. Having your evenings and weekends free makes it easier to be there for school drop-offs, activities, and family time.
