What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant with dental implant experience, especially full arch dental implants (All-on-X / full mouth rehabilitation), to join our Santa Clara office. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and wants to grow with us in this practice. It is very important to connect with people on a personal level and to be able to provide compassionate care to our patients. Attention to detail, following details in directions and good organizational skills are very important in this position.

• Dental implant assisting experience required; full arch implant experience strongly preferred
• Experience with implant surgery setup, sterile technique, and assisting during IV sedation cases is a plus
• Experience with digital scanning and full arch prosthetic workflows (provisionals, conversions, final deliveries) is a plus

Assisting in the clinical operations of the practice.

• General Assisting - Sterilization, patient interaction, making notes, etc.
• Prosthetics - Work with the doctor and team to help deliver full mouth cases while scanning the patient in preparation for restoration fabrication.
• Laboratory - Work in the lab to fabricate and characterize the restorations.
• Surgery - Assist in the surgery set up and during treatment. Help with the surgical workflow and assist the anesthesia provider.
• Scan and Records - Complete patient consents and digital scans for the patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 4 days per week, 8 hours per day

Pay: $32 - $38 per hour
