What We Are Looking For :

• Clinical Assisting Experience: 1+ years of dental assisting experience in general dentistry or a dental specialty. Skilled at organizing supplies and instruments, infection prevention management, sterilization procedures, setting up/breaking down operatories, and working in a practice management software.
• Required Certifications: Active Radiology and Infection Control certificates required by state guidelines; CPR/BLS preferred.
• Warm Personality: Highly empathetic, professional, and adept at putting anxious patients at ease.
• Long-Term Career Orientation: We invest heavily in specialized training and are seeking candidates looking for a permanent career home. Please note: We are not considering applicants currently pursuing pre-dental, nursing, or other degree programs at this time.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Schedule: 4 to 5 days/week. Monday through Friday (In-person).
