We are seeking someone who is passionate about patient care, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in providing excellent clinical support.

Position

Dental Assistant (RDA/DA)
Location: Palmdale, CA
Schedule: Full-Time/Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
• Take dental X-rays as permitted by applicable regulations
• Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control procedures
• Prepare dental materials and assist with chairside procedures
• Take and record patient histories and treatment information
• Provide patients with appropriate pre- and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Monitor and maintain dental supplies
• Provide friendly and professional patient care
• Perform additional duties within the scope of your DA/RDA credentials and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Current DA or RDA credentials as applicable
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality patient care

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
