Crystal Dental Care is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing private dental practice in Crystal, Minnesota.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, works well as part of a team, and is comfortable in a busy clinical environment. Spanish/English bilingual ability is required.

Minnesota dental assistant licensure is not required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English – required
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience – required
• Minnesota dental assistant license not required
• Strong chairside assisting skills
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy dental practice
• Ability to anticipate the doctor's needs and help maintain an efficient clinical schedule
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and clinical workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Prepare and turn over treatment rooms
• Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols
• Maintain instruments, materials, and clinical supplies
• Assist with digital dentistry and modern dental technology
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients
• Help maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment
• Perform duties within the permitted scope for an unlicensed dental assistant in Minnesota

Schedule

Monday through Thursday and every other Friday

No evenings or weekends.

Compensation

Starting at $24.00 per hour

Higher starting compensation may be considered based on relevant dental assisting experience and qualifications.
