Job Overview

We are still seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice and round out our amazing clinical team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in clinical assisting, patient management, and dental procedures. As a Dental Assistant, you will support dentists in delivering quality care, ensure efficient clinic operations, and uphold strict infection control protocols. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a professional healthcare setting. We are willing to train the right individual, no experience necessary.

Duties

• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment according to infection prevention management procedures.
• Assist dentists during various procedures such as oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and general dentistry with chairside assisting techniques.
• Take and develop dental x-rays, including digital imaging and 3D scans, ensuring proper positioning and patient safety.
• Manage patient records
• Provide patient care by taking vital signs, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort throughout appointments.
• Process dental instruments for sterilization following aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
