Dental Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take digital dental x-rays
- Provide patient education and post-operative care
- Perform basic laboratory duties, such as pouring and trimming models
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office's calendar

-Help hygienists sterilize their instruments and flip their rooms if time allows

Requirements:

- Proficiency in medical records management, including HIPAA compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
