Dental Assistant and Receptionist

We are looking for an energetic, motivated team member to fill a dual-role position as both a Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant. Located in the heart of Trolley square, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming first impression
• Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule efficiently
• Answering phones, verifying insurance, and assisting with patient accounts
• Chairside dental assisting during procedures
• Taking digital radiographs and assisting with patient education
• Preparing and sterilizing instruments and operatories
• Maintaining clinical flow and assisting with treatment coordination
• Supporting the doctor and team to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Assisting with inventory management and keeping clinical areas organized
• Helping maintain a positive, team-oriented office culture
