Bilingual Treatment Coordinator/ Sales Orthodontics (Dental)

Must be bilingual in spanish! RuCo Orthodontics is a doctor owned, growing orthodontic practice just outside Nashville with our second location in Madison/ Goodletsville and we’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator who can guide patients through their orthodontic journey with clarity, empathy, and calm confidence.

You’ll be the person who helps patients understand their treatment plan, financial options, and what their future smile will look like. If you enjoy connecting with people and keeping the flow of a busy practice running smoothly, this role may feel like home.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome new patients and lead their initial consultation
• Present treatment plans clearly and answer patient questions
• Review financial options, monthly payments, and insurance estimates
• Guide patients through scheduling and next steps
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up communication
• Support the clinical and front-desk team when needed
• Contribute to a positive, patient-first experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator
• Confident communicator with a warm, steady presence
• Someone comfortable discussing finances with clarity and integrity
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Tech-friendly (Mac-based office)
