Bilingual Dental Hygiene and Treatment Coordinator

NOTICE: Applicants must have previous dental experience and be able to work ALL hours listed below.

Our office is a family dental practice in Lenexa. We are looking for someone who is both professional and friendly, who is self-motivated, detail oriented and with dental experience, this is NOT a "train from scratch" position. The length of experience is not as important as the applicants knowledge of dental care and all types of dental services. The hourly rate for this position will be based on the applicants knowledge level of general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, implants, and orthodontics. IMPORTANT - Please review work schedule below.

The duties of this position includes maintain a full, productive hygiene schedule and minimize openings, contact overdue and unscheduled hygiene patients for recall/reactivation, schedule patients for their next cleaning, monitor cancellations/no-shows and quickly fill openings, assist with phones, check-in/check-out, patient communication, and other front-office duties as needed.

After 3 months, this position includes monthly bonus potential.

Applicants MUST be able to work the following schedule:

Mondays: 8:45am - 8:00pm (with one hour unpaid lunch)

Tuesdays: 9:45am - 6:00pm (with one hour unpaid lunch)

Wednesdays: 7:45am - 6:00pm (with one hour unpaid lunch)

Thursdays: 6:45am - 5:00pm (with one hour unpaid lunch)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
