About Our Practice

Our growing pediatric dental office in Lenoir City is looking for a friendly, organized, bilingual Front Desk Team Member to join our practice! As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, you will play a key role in delivering a warm, seamless, and stress-free dental experience for children and parents alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and parents with a welcoming, positive attitude during check-in and check-out.
• Provide fluent Spanish translation support for registration, treatment plans, and appointment instructions.
• Answer multi-line phone calls, respond to parent inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Verify dental insurance coverage and process co-pays or payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth daily schedule flow.

Qualifications

• Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Experience: 1+ years of customer service, front desk, or administrative experience (dental or medical office background is a strong plus).
• Skills: Proficient with computers, strong communication and phone etiquette, and excellent multitasking abilities.
• Attributes: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and excited to work with kids and families.
