Part-Time Pediatric Dentist

We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and dedicated Pediatric Dentist to join our growing dental practice on a part-time basis. We are looking for a dentist who enjoys working with children and is committed to providing high-quality, comfortable, and personalized dental care in a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine passion for working with pediatric patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents
• Perform pediatric examinations, cleanings, restorative procedures, and preventive care
• Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Create a positive and comfortable experience for young patients
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff
• Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and infection-control standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Illinois
• Current DEA registration, if applicable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with children of different ages and needs
• Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
