Job SummaryInfinity Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a passionate, growth-oriented Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our private, family-focused practice in Lafayette, Indiana. Operating out of a brand-new, purpose-built office, we maintain a strong emphasis on exceptional patient experience, relationship-building, and high clinical standards.
With over 100 new patients joining us every month, you will step into an immediate, highly productive schedule supported by a robust DA/EFDA model and direct mentorship. Whether you are an experienced specialist or an ambitious recent graduate looking for mentorship from Dr. Lizzy, this role offers fantastic earning potential, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team environment.
Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: $200,000 – $500,000 annually (35% of collections, backed by strong historical collection efficiency)
• Daily Guarantee: $1,200 per day for the first 3 months, with the flexibility to transition to the collection model early
• Sign-On & Relocation: Available (case-dependent)
• CE / Loupes Allowance: $2,000 annual stipend
• Health Insurance: Employer contribution (~25% toward the selected plan)

Clinical Scope & Modern TechnologyYou will practice in a limited PPO and FFS environment without heavy corporate insurance restrictions, focusing heavily on children under 10 and special-needs patients.

Your clinical scope includes:

• Comprehensive pediatric preventive, restorative, and behavior management care
• Sedation dentistry cases partnered with an in-office pediatric sedation team

Our modern, purpose-built office is fully equipped with advanced technology:

• LightScalpel CO₂ laser
• DryShield isolation systems in every operatory
• Intraosseous anesthesia
• Digital handheld X-rays
• Practice Software: Open Dental (customized for efficiency and streamlined workflows)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric dental examinations, accurate diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning.
• Execute preventive and restorative pediatric procedures with precision, maintaining strict infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with young patients and their parents or guardians, ensuring clear explanations of treatment plans and post-care instructions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our clinical support team, DAs, and EFDAs to maintain optimal patient flow and continuity of care.
• Engage in continuous professional growth, taking advantage of direct clinical and soft-skill mentorship.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate

• Credentials: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school, and completion of an accredited pediatric dental residency program (Board-Certified or Board-Eligible).
• Licensure: Active dental license in the state of Indiana (or ability to obtain).
